Making Minneapolis

An alternative history of city planning and urban design in Minneapolis, 1940 to 2020. The buildings and places that could still exist – the Gateway, the Industrial Exposition and the Metropolitan, to name just a few – if they weren't lost to the double whammy of urban renewal and highway construction. And, because it's all just a dream anyway, a handful of other liberties just for good measure. More to come.
